I am a 23F who recently just started experiencing some acne which I believe to be hormonal. I’ve never had an issues w my skin besides a few years ago with closed comedones that I cleared up. Now I am experiencing closed comedones again along with some painful pimples that are under the skin and a couple on my cheekbone area. I am not on any birth control and I don’t want to go on it. This all started a couple months ago. I have vitamin B-5 supplements 500mg and I am taking it once a day. I do however see people taking more than 1xday. Anyone who has experience with this product and based on my skin, would you say I can/should take more or would it be sufficient to stick to 500mg a day?
