Hi everyone! I’m about to tender my resignation with my LWD being Mid June (starting week of my new company). I know you have to be an active employee as of May 31 to receive the midyear bonus, but I wonder if resignees are still counted as active employees as of that date.

Anyone who knows if included sa final pay ang midyear bonus? For those who resigned during May, did you get your midyear bonus in your final pay?

I want to do great sa interview, since based sa inexplain ng HR sa akin, okay yung kanilang salary package.
