I am receiving the following message when trying to schedule a remote test:

"Candidates outside of the United States and its territories are not allowed to test with this client until 9/1/2026."

However, if I change the country in my profile to the United States, I am able to proceed with scheduling. In the application form, I can still enter my actual foreign residence and continue the process through to the payment stage.

Could you please confirm whether this is a system error, or if I should wait until September 1st to schedule the exam?
