Hi I'm looking at getting my first car soon as I search around the mk7 Alltracks/Sportwagens keep catching my eye.
The one I'm currently looking at is an SE with ~75k miles, the carfax looks clean, doesnt seem to have any big scratches or defects, no signs of water leaking into the headliner, etc. It looks properly maintained other.
It looks practical and fun but I heard reliability and maintenance can be an issue. I see others my age (~20) getting golfs as well but not much on the alltracks. Are the alltracks good first cars or should I go for a different vehicle?
