26M, Senior Network Engineer in an enterprise environment for almost 4 years now. Experience includes networking + Azure/AWS + VMware + some infrastructure automation.

I’ve been applying to roles in Singapore, Australia, NZ (and remote) via LinkedIn. 100+ applications so far. All end in the same rejection ‘Unfortunately, we will not be moving forward with your application’.

I’m starting to think something in my approach is fundamentally wrong. Not sure if it’s because I’m applying from outside the country, should I try other platforms to apply? But which platforms .

Would really appreciate honest feedback from anyone who’s been through this or hires for similar positions.
