Cole as Balthazar time-traveled centuries back TWICE u-in S3 to alternate the present, but in the S3 finale the show states only Tempus has a power to manipulate the time. Also in Season 5 a basic demon used a time loop because Cole has sent him to save Phoebe from saving his rebound boyfriend Miles

So inconsistent !
