The plan was to do it during a stop in Geneva on the way to France. While in France (Megève), we went to a couple of luxury watch stores so she could try on different brands and get a feel for what she liked.One of the stops was at a pre-owned luxury watch store, and my daughter immediately fell in love with a two-tone Cartier Santos. The moment she put it on we knew she was walking out with it. What made it even more special? I ended up buying my very own Cartier Panthère.
