Hi everyone,
Could you help me check if my current position on the bike is okay? I've been riding for a bit, but I'm not sure if I'm dialed in correctly.
If it looks off, what should I adjust? (Saddle height, reach, handlebar tilt, etc.)
Any advice or feedback would be greatly appreciated.
I would like to add that after yesterday's 50km my neck and lower back hurt.
