Role scope changed and focus- Need some advice!
I recently got back from extended leave (due to health reasons) and found out that my role/program was transitioned out of our org. Weird I wasn't laid off. Now, I'm in focus without a ramp period into a new process. It's unbeatable.
I don't see any chances of beating focus? How should I play this out?
Is this ethical? Should I speak to hr?
