Too many changes to notice or don’t you see anything at all ?

Hey Manali, looking for a place to stay for a few months 3 BHK or independent house preferably, for a few months. We are a couple with a few pets with us. Looking to shift permanently this is step one. Already gone through all online channels rather than houses, there seem to be a lot of hotels and home stays for long lease and rentals, as we have only been there once trying to find a reliable source to go about this. Any help is much appreciated. Thank you in advance.
