Her name is Lumen jones. I'll let the image tell you more info, but, here is her backstory:
Born in Oslo, Norway, to Zenith Jones and Ylva Arnæs-Jones, Lumen was the middle child in her family, she has a younger sister, Valkyrie Jones, age 12, and older brother, Lenox Jones, age 16 When she was 5, she started to develop a tic, she'd make a click sound with her mouth, then, a few hours after that one developed, another one came, neck jerking, then twitching, then more sounds with her mouth, her parents got worried, so they took her to a doctor, who said to them that Lumen has Tourette syndrome, she also said it was nothing to worry about and there were numerous things they could do to help her, flash forwards to around the same time Luz ended up in the isles, well, Lumen fell into there a few days before, with her siblings, Then, Eda enrolled them into Hexside alongside Luz. Lumen, continuously get detention for interrupting in class, but they didn't know about her diagnosis, and Lumen tried to explain everyday but all of her teachers thought she was faking. That was until her older brother stepped in.
