Break ups

Hello I am a 32 year old male dating a 22 year old female who struggles with what we now think is bipolar. Around this time last year almost to the day they randomly packed their things and left with no warning signs. It turned into them living in their car, sleeping in hotels and staying wherever they could for the couple weeks until they ran out of recourses.
Eventually I fought with all my heart to get them back. Driving around for hours searching parking lots, asking around etc. at this time we did not consider any mental health issues although there were always potential signs.
We both got individual therapy and stayed together for another 11 months and they have since been medicated. A few weeks ago they switched medications and their emotions changed dramatically and arguments, works stress and more came to a head. I tried my best to help and understand but it caused me to start questioning myself and I began to get angry and felt that I could ever “fix” this. Eventually after many nights of arguing, I finally lost my cool and kicked them out of the house. I immediately regretted it and it’s been almost a week and a half with some communication through emails, but I am blocked on every platform and my phone. They are the love of my life, and we had hopes and inspirations of a great relationship and possibly marriage. I know that they are not perfect and are struggling with these issues, neither am I; but I want more than the world for this to work out and I am willing to do whatever it takes to get them help and make sure they are safe and medicated. They are currently already looking for another place to rent and staying with a friend but I just want them to consider coming back home.
I am here today to get any input or advice or see if anyone else has dealt with multiple breakups with someone who struggles with bipolar, thank you.
