I basically want the Video Preview window to fit vertically like the Properties window. So that I can get better view of vertical projects. Can it be done?

Just installed OpenShot and I'm disappointed that I chose 30 FPS profile but it exported 30.14 frames per second. I'm making an endless looping video. It causes micro stutter when it doesn't match screen refresh rate.

Same doesn't happen if I edit with Davinci Resolve or Kdenlive, as they export integer value.

I use 60 FPS screen. If it had been exact 30 FPS, each frame would sync perfectly.

So why is it happening like this? Is it not possible to export 30 FPS?

It's literally a dealbreaker for me if not possible. And for anyone else working on projects like this where people pay attention to details. I would show you how it micro stutters video at some points if I could make my project public.
