I can't work in Local government and I have five days in October due to Work stress and I have been off since the end of April and yesterday on a welfare call my manager asked when I would be returning to Work and I said I would be discussing with my Doctor. My sick note runs out on the 20th. We have a Policy that on the 15th day the formal procedure is kicked started apparently I have hit that and she said I will need to have a formal meeting whilst on sick leave with HR and her?

Is this normal?
