Hiya, first of all I'm sorry if this is a sensitive topic for anyone on here that may have known the occupants of this house.

Im currently looking for a new home and I found this property...

The advert states it's a sensitive sale and I Google Mapped the property and saw police cordons outside it.

I then googled the address and found 3 people had sadly been shot dead inside.

I couldn't find any other information about the incident...

Ie...was it a random attack? Was it a domestic? Targeted? Obviously this drastically changes whether this property would be a viable option.

Any information would be appreciated.
