Startup auction will be managed via League Tycoon (a site that allows proxy bidding and multiple auctions at the same time). Following this, the results will be migrated to Sleeper and the league will proceed like a normal sleeper league.
League has two conferences, with schedules and playoffs heavily weighted towards playing your own conference. Full details in the league bylaws
