Hi, I'm beginning my MEd this year in Illinois and I'm wondering about taking out a student loan vs paying out of pocket. I know Illinois has a debt forgiveness program, so I'm wondering if anyone currently with CPS in knows what the odds are of that panning out vs paying up front and avoiding the interest fees.
