Bought a cheap used walking pad . Worked well for 3 weeks then got so jerky it was unsafe on the left. Tightened the left. It drifted to the right. Tightened the other side and it drifted to the left. Doing Small 1/4 turns. Went on for 2 hours of the same issue. Got fed up and loosened both sides putting it in the middle. Guess what? Same tightness and it drifted. Same issue. I got no idea how to make both sides even without fully unscrewing the roller. Any ideas? I am doing what the manual says.
