I finally published my first book on intentional living and self-alignment! Here is what I learned about the process as a woman in business.

I can’t believe I’m finally saying this, but Life and Soul is officially out on Amazon! It’s been a long journey of translating my real-life experiences into a practical guide for reconnecting with yourself and resetting your direction.

As women in business, we often feel the pull to do everything at once. This book was my way of coming back to my core and building forward with confidence.

For anyone else currently in the messy middle of writing or launching a project: what’s the biggest hurdle you're facing right now?

I'd love to share what worked for me during the publishing process!

Why do we feel like we are our own worst enemy, constantly ruining the progress just as things start to go right?

This isn't about being 'broken.' It's about your subconscious protecting an old identity it thinks is safe. When you try to change, your brain triggers a 'threat' response to keep you in the familiar.
