I am currently trying to plan a day trip in Austin with my bf, and he has never visited the city. We'll be there the Friday of Memorial Day weekend.

We're staying the night on South Congress and will stay in that area in the evening, so I wanted to get some ideas for breakfast (landing around 830am and will have a car) that are in other areas of Austin.

It doesn't need to be a big ole throw down feast bo we gotta have room for BBQ for lunch, obv. I'd prefer a place that's in a walkable area where we can explore some without having to drive all over (would LOVE recs for sights and such, too!).
