My best friend, lives in the Caribbean recently had surgery on her Pilonidal cyst, it developed a seroma that refuses to heal. She’s been going through this one month now and is now trying to source a wound vac she can purchase. Where can this be purchased online? She’s also a MD but isn’t not practing right now. She can use her license to purchase it they’ll accept a medical license from abroad.
