TTC after a chemical

What are my odds of getting pregnant (very soon) after a tubal ligation?

Let me back up a littttle bit.

I had a medically “necessary” tubal ligation ( BLT ) in 2017, got pregnant 3 years later (2020) and had an ectopic pregnancy due to a tubal leak.

Got a repeat tubal ligation in 2020 (3.5 cm of tubes left on each side) and rewind about 2 weeks ago when i got 3 positive pregnancy tests at home, 2 days apart, night and morning, all different tests. Fast forward, i am supposed to go straight to the ER due to risks but i am stubborn and did not. I went on the have constant cramps for the next 10 or so days but on day 8 of the cramps they got bad enough that i went to the ER and all preg tests were negative and i had a 3.7 cm cyst on my left ovary. Let me back up a sec, i took a test initially because A.) my April period was 1 day of spotting B.) i had all of my usual preg symptoms, including high blood pressure. <That is my tell tale sign.

Anyway, went home and 2 nights later i had SEVERE excruciating pain in my left side that lasted 45 minutes and i contacted my obgyn and they said my cyst must be rupturing. And that i likely

Had a chemical pregnancy.

Moving forward to my reason for this post….

What are my odds of getting pregnant again and soon? We want another baby so bad. (I’m 35 and have three living children)

I’m in Ga

if my husband and i have separated but he is living in a rv on the property (or even not if that’s how it has to be.) how would that work? he won’t be paying any kind of child support at this time but may contribute to finances for the kids as needed. just needed to get back on my feet. what will they ask me? what’s allowed? what proof would i need? i also only make about $300/ month with my job.

test from the evening of 4/17 got another positive similar 2 days later with a different brand.

I’m mentally struggling right now. I’ve had two tubal ligations (regret them both, they were medically “necessary.”

My first ectopic was Nov 2020 (3 years post the first tubal) now I’m 6 years post the last one. I have no insurance so i can’t go see a dr. I was told if i ever got a positive pregnancy test to go to the er again…

But I’m stubborn, I’m one to stay in denial and i couldn’t believe i could be pregnant again (it’s what i truly want.) but i got two positive tests on 4/17 and my last real period was 3/11 with a one day non painful period on 4/5. I waited 9 long days before going to the hospital because i was cramping for a couple days and it got worse. They did 2 HCG tests, transvaginal and abdominal u/s and found no evidence of pregnancy anywhere BUT did find a 3.7 cm cyst. Not uncommon for me.

Fast forward to 2 weeks from those positive tests, I’m still cramping all day, period is a day late and I’m absolutely mentally destroyed. I don’t even know what to do. I’ve never in my life had issues like this before (constant cramps etc.) i do get UTI’s but I’m taking my tincture med for it right now just in case that is why I’m in pain. I’ve also been very dizzy and falling over randomly, very nausea from the pain and downright exhausted. My blood pressure is high (that is one reason i always know I’m pregnant because it only happens when i am.)
