What will be the minimum mark required to get admission in govt colleges for OBC according to difficulty level of exam.Any guess

Hi everyone,is there any chance of getting govt seat with mark of 550 - 600 according to the difficulty level of exam.This is the mark i got according to dbmci recall.but some answers and questions were wrong which they have said,also phd haven’t been discussed 😪(My first chance)
