I have been trying bimix for the last 4 months. 1-30mg/ml (1 mg Phentolamine/30mgPapaverine. It would increase blood flow and help keep erection but psychogenic ed still creeps in. I went from 5 units up to 35 units. My Dr prescribed Tri-Mix 20mcg-1mg-30mg/ml (PGE1/Phentolamine/Papaverine) (Pre-Mixed) 10ml. I am going to titrate up starting at 5 units. In this a big jump in prescription strength? I have Sudafed and Phenylephrine 1mg/ml (5ml) on hand.
