Is my ear drum perforated?

Is my ear drum perforated?

I recently had an outer ear infection which was treated with antibiotics in March. I finished the course of antibiotics and I noticed that I started to have eustachian to problems. Fast forward to a few days ago. I usually use ear plugs for sleep. As I inserted I did feel pain suddenly and then it quickly went away. But I did feel some fluid in my ear which I thought was my eustachian tube draining. I'm not sure if there was blood. The last few days I have been feeling some nausea, chills no fever. No body aches. My hearing is normal except for the fact that sounds do feel more sensitive especially to higher pitch noises. For example the crackling of a water bottle will send chills down my body and make me feel uncomfortable. I've been feeling a little unsteady but other than that I've been okay. I was wondering if it was perforated? Maybe towards the bottom right hand corner. I have not been leaking any fluid since that day. I plan on going to urgent care to check it out
