I got a call to schedule an interview for a position I applied for, Outreach Associate. While on the call, I heard a guy who I assume is the boss yelling at someone and using slurs. It actually made me uncomfortable while talking to the lady on the phone. I've been thinking about it ever since I got off the call. Should I just let it be or should I move ahead with the interview process?

I have been filling out applications, practicing and giving interviews since the past two months only to get rejected. What can I do more to get the job that I want?

I found them when I was browsing my Instagram. It caught my attention and I scheduled a call with them. They help local businesses create websites. They have a huge library of templates where I can pick and choose layout suited for the company I’m designing for. I can easily make $1,000s a month sitting at home. They also charge $199/month just to sign up. This offer is interesting but it sounds too good to be true and I’m not sure if I should go ahead with it. Any suggestions?
