I transferred $1000 from a Roth IRA to another investment firm because I wasn't making any money on Sofi. When the money transferred to my new account, they only sent $800. I see that there is a $100 transfer fee, but they refused to give me information on why they removed $200 and refuse to reimburse me. Anyone else with such an experience ? I've called them multiple times and they refuse to budge.
