IBKR SG Taiwan Stocks and TWD negative balance

I have a negative TWD cash balance that I am unable to clear because I can’t select either SGD or USD to convert to TWD.

When I tried to close my stock position, it doesn’t allow me to as shown in the picture because odd-lot day trading is not allowed apparently. But I tried to close the full 200 shares and it still showed me the same message.

Any idea how to fix this?
