Our AWS account was restricted after a suspicious action alert. We replied to AWS Support immediately, deleted the key, and confirmed there were no unauthorized changes or unexpected usage/billing.
Days later, there’s still no update, and our prod service is down for days. We’re losing customers and revenue every hour!!! This is really frustrating.
Is it acceptable for AWS to effectively take down a production service for days based on suspicion, even after the reported issue was addressed, and then stop responding?
Could someone please help escalate this case ASAP?
