Has anyone had issues after uninstalling ICUE and trying to reinstall?

I’m having issues with downloading the installer. Once I launch the ICUE installer it just sits at preparing installation and stays at 0% after selecting language. I’ve tried everything from making sure there’s not a spec of the ICUE still installed and nothings working. I can’t even use the controller on B07 because it doesn’t pick up my controller input even tho windows is.

If anyone knows a way around this or a way to play without the software on cod or a video to watch would be appreciated. I can’t find any YouTube vids on this problem.

So over the course of the last couple weeks. I have been having issues with my scuff controller. I have a scuff envision pro volume two I play B07 on PC. I recently have been having issues trying to install the ICUsoftware. I have installed it in the past. I am now trying to reinstall and getting stuck on preparing for installation, I’ve tried every troubleshooting method known and still cannot figure out an answer.

I then tried to download the ICU software on a separate laptop instead of my desktop gaming PC and it worked. However, the device memory mode still isn’t saving to my controller and when I go to play on my desktop call of duty is not picking up an input, however, my windows is as in the volume can be adjusted with the controller and muting.

If anyone has any answers to this issue, please help.
