Would it be annoying to request that a decker come in and just install the foundation of the deck?

My wife and I are getting a pool installed. We have big thoughts and dreams on the deck but it's probably not in the cards financially for another year or two. I'm capable of doing it myself but where I'm not confident is the general layout and digging the holes, concrete, posts for the base of it.

Would it be super uncommon to have a pro come out and lay the base of it so I can install the decking and rails?
