Im new to steam and idk what this is, what it does and whether its important

This post is to ask 2 things

Does wuwa take this much storage for everybody?

So the problem is that Im broke and can’t afford a pc or high end laptop or that I am doing something wrong that makes wuwa take so much space. Either way please tell me what you think and if there are any ways to reduce the size it takes up or by mimimising other files in my disk drive (but obv i need to keep the stuff so my laptop actually runs properly)

Note that the only game i have is litterly wuwa

Secondly, how long do you think it will take wuwa to optimise the game? Because I truly love the game but I’m limited to my laptop which isnt the strongest and I’m not in a position to freely purchase a gaming computer and if there is any1 else similiar to my position then what do you guys do?

Ik this is probably a more of a me problem and i realise that but i was just wondering if i was doing something wrong that uses too much storage?
