Anyone recently took the BC Professional Cook / Red Seal exam?
Hi! I’m taking my Professional Cook exam in BC soon and I’m currently reviewing. I just wanted to ask what topics appeared the most and how difficult the theory part was. Any advice or study tips would really help. Thank you!
