how long generally EAD from EB2 AOS for dependent is taking to process now a days ? any approval of EAD for March,April filler ? I will appreciate the responce.
any recent approval in AOS EAD for dependents who filled AOS in March and April?
H1B extension bundled with H4 and H4 EAD renewal in Dec 12 2025, EAD is going to expire in 2 weeks. Any one in a similar boat? The normal processing for H1B extension is showing 9 months currently but H4 extension is only 4 months. H4 won’t be adjudicated before H1B? Don’t know what should I do. university is not going premium processin.
