Hello. Can anyone recommend and expert to help me with some tasks for my store?

I'm needing help setting up order routing to my different fulfillment locations, I have order automator but it is not configured correctly. We fulfill from our factory, our warehouse in the US and Amazon MCF in a few countries.

I also need a custom popup or banner or something based on location. I don't want to pay for yet another app.

And theres a few other things, little things.

I have tried Upwork people and that hasn't gone well. I have tried fiverr pro people and that also did not go well.

I am looking for someone that can get stuff done in a reasonable amount of time, someone that has a solid grasp of english.
