Maybe not a knee injury, but I just had this one question to ask. Do you ever get this weird sensation as if your knee is very unstable when trying to sleep on your side which leads to not being able to sleep in that position because it's so weirdly uncomfortable?

For me it's my left knee, idk it feels like it's.. not holding well enough? Like it's not attatched well.. idk how to describe it, kinda like floating lol and I can feel it all the time when laying on my side.

I have hypermobility, and in the right knee dysplacia but idk about the left one

Could somebody please recommend me any strengthening quadriceps femoris muscle and ROM exercises? PLEASE. I've been struggling after a patella dislocation. I go to rehab and do exercise daily but after 2 months my doctor still says I have to strenghten it more and increase my mobility 😭 So idk if I'm doing it wrong or what tbh. It would be very helpful if any of you had a checked out video of exercises that you like or smth, if not, I'f be happy with just the names of the exercises. Help me out pls
