So we have a couple Marvin multi-point lock doors from the mid-90s and one of the deadbolts stopped turning with the latch (stripped gear, I guess). Marvin recommended Allaboutdoors.com, which says the lockbox (Part Number: 10148030) is discontinued and unavailable. Any advice on fixing or replacing it? Advice on how to find a locksmith with Marvin multipoint (or switch to single-point lock) experience?
