Hello, I purchased tickets for this year's Canadian GP back in January. I purchased tickets on tickets.formula1.com, the official F1 retailer/reseller (yes, I'm aware that tickets are cheaper directly through the circuit, i wasnt aware at the time of purchase).

With the race being a week and a half away, I was wondering when I could expect my tickets to be available for download.

My understanding was that tickets would be available to download about 1-2 weeks prior to the event, but since it's getting close to the event I'm starting to get a bit nervous.

Is it normal to for tickets to be released this late, should I contact customer service? Any insight would be appreciated, thank you :)
