2020 Nissan Sentra SR Radio

I tried looking but didn't see others complain of this issue. When I bought my car, the entire screen was black on the radio. They wrote it into my contract to repair or replace the radio. We went back and forth for months, they did resets and finally took it to Nissan and was told it needs a brand new radio. Fought with them for months and they finally replaced it. The issue is that it doesn't turn on when it's hot outside. So I power on the car, screen stays black. So no radio, gps, back up camera, or Bluetooth. They insist they replaced it with an entirely new radio after attempting to have Nissan install a used one. But here we are at the first signs of warm weather and it just will not turn on. It also now appears to be overheating during a commute, and will just turn off. I've searched all over and I'm at a complete loss on what to do. I do doubt they actually replaced it simply because of the struggle to get them to do so and the cost of a new radio. But if they did, and this is still happening, now what? Why was this not figured into the build on the car? It sits directly under the windshield. I just got this car less than a year ago and the thought of driving around for the next 5-10 years with a radio/camera/bluetooth that only works a few months out of the year infuriates me. Send help
