Last year counselling was late , so students took seat in jossa / jac or any other because they don't wanna solely rely on bits counselling ( like what if they don't get anything from that , then except drop nothing can't be done , also seeing 2024 cutoffs ppl don't really wanna rely on bits counselling .. ) This year they will not face this problem

Now since both counselling are parallel ,, imagine a person got some branch in bits ( which he put on last ) , then he have to accept it and pay 3.x lakh rupees or he will debarred from counselling , so he won't be taking risk cuz what if he got better college in other counselling ..
