I made affirmations for a subliminal but I’m not sure how to turn it into an actual audio. If I’m using CapCut, how fast should I speed up the affirmations? Should they still be a bit audible under the music or completely hidden? And what volume works best for the subconscious to pick it up? Also, does layering help or is it unnecessary?
