Query relates to the Luba 3. Can I check if a scheduled task doesn't go ahead because it's raining? Is that task cancelled or is it postponed? So, for example, if it dries up later that day, will that schedule task start then, or does the activity not happen until that task is next in the schedule?
I have a Luba 3 5000 on preorder but the delivery seems to have been pushed out. It was early may when I ordered but I have had no update since.
The Luba 3 5000 is now out of stock for pre orders and other models now say mid may (which seems unnecessarily vague).
Is this normal from Mammotion? This is my first purchase from them. I contacted customer support for an update and they said 'We completely understand your desire to receive your package. We will arrange delivery as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience.' which again, seems very vague.
Not a great first experience, making me a bit worried about the company now.
Pre orders are due to ship early may. It's now early may... Any idea when they will ship. Currently looking out into the garden and wondering will I need to cut this again or wait until the mower comes... First world problems I know...
