I’m a high school senior and ship to Benning this summer on an 18x contract. I consistently run/ruck/lift and eat healthy in order to prepare myself, but I don’t know what to do with my free time when I’m not
working/at school/training that can also benefit me and my goals. I’m looking for any advice on what to do to keep myself sharp and ready, thank you
