Hi all,

I live in a semi detached house, we're the first house on the estate so no house on one side, just a public grass area. I want to add a window to the side, in my kitchen, as it's very dark due to where the sun rises/sets.

We have no neighbours overlooking us & the boundary wall is about 2 meters away from the house. Will we be ok to just do the work and add the window? Or will we be fecked unless we get planning permission!?

I live in Ireland, if the "fecked" didn't give it away! 🤣
