This song is sung by Armelle, a French comedian from the 2000s. It's called “Les nuits d'une demoiselle” and it's a cover of a song by Colette Renard. I’m not even sure whether Armelle officially recorded her version under that exact title.

I thought about contacting Armelle, but she seems EXTREMELY private. I couldn’t find any email address to contact her, and she doesn’t appear to have any social media...
I’ve tried absolutely everything: every variation of the title, audio searches, reverse image searches... (yes yes, even with that magnificent image 😭)
Please, I would REALLY love to hear this song in something better than 144p...
And just for clarification: I know there’s a live version on YouTube, but honestly I’m really looking for the studio version, because it’s more danceable and enjoyable to listen to, especially with all the guitar solos...
