Hey guys I’m going through a big conflict here. I’m 23 yo with experience in the oilfield and construction was most recently a Pipelayer. I recently got news that I have a fracture in my lower spine and it won’t ever heal. I need to get out of field work. I’m just confused on where I go from here. I want to stay in the construction industry but not sure where to go from here. Any advise at all with help thanks.
