I’ve been out since Feb 26th after a severe aortic tear which required major heart surgery and a long recovery time.
I’m returning to work next week, but I have a few kind of major accommodations I need.
Do I contact HR or give my surgeons accommodations requirements to my management ?
This 234 area code has been blowing up my phone multiple times a day for a month now. I have a feeling it’s the same scammer using a robocaller because no matter if I block one number more 234 area code numbers hit me. Forgot to add they never leave a voicemail.
My wife and I have lived in this 4 unit complex for about 2 years now, never had any problems or anything and got along great with our neighbors, they even watched our dog while I was in the hospital for a month after I needed heart surgery.
Well, about two months ago my next door neighbor moved out, her and her husband got better job opportunities elsewhere so really can’t blame them.
Anyways, two weeks ago a Muslim family moved in, and that’s when the problems started.
It first started when I went take my dog for a walk, I saw the family watch me leave through the window and I waved, being friendly. Well, later that night the husband knocked on my door and angrily demanded that I give up my dog because they didn’t want to live next door to a dog because it offended their religion, I told him to kick rocks and closed the door.
Then last night I was grilling pork chops on my grill (delicious, I can share the recipe) and the husband actually walked into my enclosed yard and demanded I stop cooking pork because once again, it offended his religion and his family can smell when I cook bacon in the morning too. I told him to get back to his apartment before I call the cops.
Idk what to do, I plan on calling the landlord but aside from that I’m at a loss. The husband gets so angry and confrontational that I’m afraid he and I are going to end up fist fighting, or that he might try something while I’m at work.
