No choice btw ..does iilm accept direct admission..like galgotia?? Rank aur pc are very bad .. just want to restart and give it all for next 4 yrs

1234000 crl in jee ...belongs to obc ..took a drop ..had health problem at home ..had the potential to score better was scoring around 130 in September then ruined it all ..had 77 pc in pcm ...75 in boards ...can uptac help me get anything at all??

Should I apply for management quota seats for uptac ncr ke college before or after uptac counselling?? And also did it already start ..baki rank aur pc khrb h . So direct hi soch rh hu ..but maybe shyd kch mil jaye ?? So can anyone help ...rank is actually really bad
