My left breast hurts. It's been hurting. (For months now, again.) When I had insurance, I went to the doctors twice. BOTH times, they DID find something, a "abnormal, tiny but noticeable mass". They did an ultrasound, and found that it was benign both times. They did not do a biopsy. I requested it, but they did not. I am aware that it could be benign but still hurt due to the location. Its near my armpit and beginning of my breast. It's uncomfortable when I raise or lower my arm. At night, it's exceptionally painful. Like right now. It hurts. But I no longer have insurance. So I would rather not go to the ER if possible. Also, don't have a car at the moment. so, I would have to call an uber. No biggy, but...it's like almost 12AM.

My family is all sleep, and the closest one is still about 15 minutes away, in the opposite direction of the hospital, which is only about 10 min away. I live alone....and my paternal aunt had stage 2 breast cancer about 6 years ago. She beat it, and is alive. I'm 34. Please advise.

Pain meds are not doing anything anymore. My family will tell me I'm "being dramatic". Please if anyone culd offer some advise. I also have other issues, but I don't think they are related.
