Listen I know this question seems like the stupidest thing and that it’s best that we just stay away from alcohol and I do mostly!
BUT, I’m 24 and my best friend is getting married & is having her Bach trip in Miami of all places! Now I have self control but I’m not Gandhi lol. I’m going to cave and drink at least one of the nights so I just want to see if there is anyway to “soften the blow” because I know feeling like crap after is inevitable. Is there anything specific you guys do before, during, and after drinking to help. I’ve heard things about BC powder and using water as a chaser and I’m definitely going to lower my intake. But if there is any brand you swear by for like hangover cures or etc pleaseeeeee let me know. I have to edit my life a lot because of my UC and I don’t want to look back on my besties Bach trip and remember I had to do that the entire time too! :)
